主要功能：增強上肢、胸部及背部肌群力量，提高身體協調性。
鍛煉方法：躺在座椅上，背部貼近靠背，雙手握住手柄，用力將手臂向前推直后，緩慢還原，重復動作使用。
建      議：10次為一組，每次訓練1-3組。
警      告：1.禁止16歲以下兒童使用；                 2.禁止擰掉緊固件；
                 3.禁(jin)止猛然把器材力臂抬高后松手。

                    position,repeatedly.
Warning:
   1.Children younger than 16 years old are forbidden to use the apparatus.
   2.No screwing off fasteners.
   3.Don,t raise the handle up and let it go suddenly.
